We work with over 150 pharmaceutical manufacturers and serve hundreds of brands at all stages of the product lifecycle.

We are looking to hire an Analyst in our Advanced Analytics Department focusing on Operations Analytics.

This Analyst, Operations Analytics will support both Internal and External clients – including Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Clients, Retailers, as well as the Sales, Marketing and Retail teams through program evaluation and ad hoc analyses. This includes managing and conducting statistical analysis of our marketing programs to various audiences and ad hoc analysis. The position will also be responsible for recommending and implementing system and process improvements. The incumbent must have excellent technical skills, be detail-oriented and possess strong multitasking abilities.

Essential Functions
• Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate direct to patient marketing programs in the pharmacy and physician office(s) using state-of-the-art statistical methodologies.
• Manage & conduct ad hoc analyses using prescription data and patient-level dataEvaluate new data sources as they pertain to ConnectiveRx business and assess analytical methodologies and supporting software sources as they pertain to new data sources

Knowledge
Knowledge of existing pharmaceutical data resources including physician level prescribing (IMS, Symphony), and patient level data. Some exposure to copay data and how it is used in affordability analytics is preferred. Some understanding of statistical and/or computation methodologies to perform analyses is needed

Skills
Must be proficient in one or more third generation data languages currently used by ConnectiveRx including SAS and/or SQL, R, Python. Must have the ability to access and manipulate large datasets. Required to be data independent and function without programming support. Proficient with MS Office products PowerPoint, Excel and Word with the ability to produce client ready reports.

Education
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or comparable experience required

Experience
1-2 years programming experience, preferably with pharmaceutical data. Experience in a consultative environment preferred but not required
