Our Product Management Team is expanding to match the growth of our Automated Patient Affordability, Messaging and Innovation client services.

 

So we are looking to hire two (2) Product Management Analysts to help support these business lines.

 

As part of the Product Management team, you will support various aspects of the product development life cycle with a strong focus on Digital, Mobile, and Web-based platforms.

 

This position will require support along the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process, including Discovery, Design, Development Coordination and Deployment, in addition to Ongoing Product and Sales Support:

 

  • Supporting various product lines for the Development of Product Plans and Requirements, Business Plans and Market Analysis Studies.
  • Involvement in the initial "discovery" of the life cycle with tasks such as market landscape analysis, research and product ideation.
  • Researching feature set recommendations for the "design" phase of the life cycle.
  • Defining user cases/user stories.
  • Supporting creation of product business and functional requirements, UI (user interface) mockups with screen designs, data mappings.
  • Providing input into testing strategy and test cases.
  • Coordinating activities with Information Technology to complete product development.
  • Providing ongoing product and sales support with the creation of appropriate Marketing materials to support Sales roll-out.
  • Assisting in proposals and sales presentations.
  • Synthesizing input from various stakeholders on operational and product improvements/enhancements.
  • Assisting in driving cross-functional project plans for assigned products.
  • Participating in the deployment testing and support activities.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of Digital, Mobile, Strategy, Development and Analytics in Healthcare, Technology and/or Data Marketing environment.
  • Working knowledge of business and/or product requirements. 
  • Bachelors in Business Administration/Management or related field; or equivalent experience. 
  • 1 to 3 years product marketing/market research or related discipline is beneficial. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills is a must.
