We work with over 150 pharmaceutical manufacturers and serve hundreds of brands at all stages of the product lifecycle.

Our Creative Services team is looking to hire a seasoned Creative Designer to help create and maintain revenue generating and supporting materials for assigned client programs.

This role works in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment with tremendous growth potential.

The team provides sales support, product promotion and advertising as well as product design and delivery.

Designers work closely with Sales and Program Management to design and execute programs for assigned clients.

This team also collaborates with Marketing to develop concepts, design and implement digital and print product advertising and promotion across a broad variety of channels and offerings.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create and maintain revenue generating & supporting materials with Marketing, Sales / Business Development, Program Managers and Operations.
  • Assist with trade show collateral, sales support materials, social media execution and related marketing efforts.
  • Support design and creative content for direct revenue-generating programs including affordability and messaging.
  • Create sales and marketing collateral, preparation of digital photos and images for use in marketing campaigns, presentations and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers to develop a solid understanding of current and future products.
  • Gain a full understanding of business objectives, priorities, timelines, stakeholder needs & preferences, program requirements and design of targeted communications.
  • Provide estimates for program and component cost for use in proposals and SOWs.
  • Implement effective internal content management and recommend enhancements as needed.
  • Develop and monitor policies, procedures and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure effective management of creative and content to be consistent with the required rubric as well as any regulatory / legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, design or closely related field.
  • 2-3 years of design experience with 3-5 years managing projects.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, managed care or pharmacy industry experience.
  • Social media marketing and channels, regulated product and/or marketing environments and a basic knowledge of the offset print process and proofing.
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office including strong PowerPoint and working knowledge of .html and css.
  • Document management systems (Zinc, Vault, etc.).
  • Some / occasional travel.
