Job Summary:  The Analyst, Promotional & Safety Messaging position supports the management and maintenance of drug labeling content and assists in the distribution of content through ConnectiveRx electronic channels.  In addition, the position supports the Promotional messaging business including all promotional email and direct mail offerings.

Essential Functions:

  • Participate in the trafficking and maintenance of all drug labeling content for the "PDR" product line electronic offerings including, mobilePDR and the Prescriber Inform and 60 Day Emails
  • Work with the Sr. Analyst, Promotional and Safety Messaging in the day to day execution of all promotional email and direct mail products including prescription reminder offering.
  • Perform as the Project Manager for messaging offerings to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications.
  • Support the BD team with ad hoc reporting and HCP list matching.
  • Generate reports out of Adobe Campaign to support the Messaging team and other internal customers including the Marketing team.
  • Support digital formatting of drug labels for 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist other messaging team members and the Sr. Manager, Promotional and Safety Communications with other day to day requirements and special assignments as needed. 
  • Perform UAT on third party and proprietary application releases/updates.
  • Assist customer service with historical PDR requests.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Solid working knowledge of software, database and content management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite, database query tools, Oracle and Adobe applications and XML editors. Familiarity with database programs.  SQL experience and experience in executing email programs preferred.  Adobe Campaign experience preferred but not necessary.
  • 3+ years working with Pharma clients in Project Manager capacity.
  • Problem solving, results orientated, analytical and high level of attention to detail. Ability to engage with, understand, anticipate and address client needs.
