With an explosion in growth the past year we are looking to hire an Analyst for our Messaging Operations Team.

Reporting to the Senior Director in Messaging Operations this is a great opportunity to get exposure to the programs, services and technology we offer our clients.

This means working with and supporting Sales, Analytics, Finance and Marketing Services as well as Clinical and Channel operations.


Essential Functions:

  • Implement real-time targeted patient messages for our pharmaceutical clients at the physician's office and pharmacy.
  • Work with Sales, Analytics, Finance, Marketing Services, Clinical and Channel to ensure flawless execution of program objectives.
  • Ensure programs are in accordance with client's contractual language across proprietary web based platforms.
  • Utilize proprietary rules engine to build programs via web interface system.
  • Read and interpret contracts to verify program triggers and write expressions to implement program functionality.
  • Fully test all programs for accuracy and print content.
  • Quality Assurance of all program setups including trigger accuracy and contractual requirements.
  • Provide thorough follow-up on all outstanding emails and setup questions.
  • Ensure product is high quality and without delay.
  • Assist other departments with questions, program design, reporting, and data analysis
  • Assist Retail Pharmacy and EMR/EHR partners with questions and analyze transactions for quality


Desired Skills and Experience 

  • 3+ years of related pharmaceutical marketing as well as related pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
  • The ability and experience in implementing client programs.
  • Experience assembling matching logic and monitoring program quality for the program's duration.
  • Knowledge of SQL language is desirable (MS SQL Server Management Studio experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills is required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and grammatical skills
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
